Is therapy a good fit for me?
Psychotherapy
This space is for you if you are experiencing:
- A history of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or parentification
- Feeling “too much” or “not enough,” no matter how much you achieve
- Chronic anxiety, hypervigilance, shutdown, numbness, or persistent overwhelm
- Relationship patterns such as people pleasing, over-giving, or conflict avoidance
- Difficulty setting boundaries without guilt
- Trauma related to addiction, either your own or that of a loved one
- Feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, wellbeing, or safety
- Grief, loss, spiritual distress, or major life transitions
- Being a helper or healer (therapist, nurse, educator, coach) who “knows all the tools” but still feels stuck
When the nervous system feels sfe, clarity, connection and momentum can emerge naturally, without force.
You do not have to minimize what happened or have it all together to be here. We start exactly where you are.
A Trauma-Trained, Nervous-System Focused Approach
Trauma-informed therapy recognizes how trauma impacts the nervous system, emotional regulation, beliefs, relationships, and overall functioning. Being trauma-trained means I have completed specialized education in trauma treatment and understand how to work at a pace that honours both safety and healing.
I also believe that healing invites a deeper reconnection with who you are at a soul level, and I hold space for that dimension of your experience alongside the clinical work.
In psychotherapy, my role is not to push you through your story faster. My role is to help your nervous system feel safe enough for healing to unfold.
Together we can:
- A history of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or parentification
- Build safety and stability first in your body, environment, and relationships
- Move at a paced, collaborative rhythm
- Track your nervous system states and learn regulation tools that actually work
- Explore your beliefs, patterns, and protective parts with compassion, not shame
- Gently process and re-pattern traumatic experiences
This is not about fixing you. It is about helping your whole system update to the reality that you are safer now than you were then.

Areas I Support
I work with adults experiencing:
- Complex Trauma & Childhood Adversity
Emotional neglect, parentification, chaotic homes, high-conflict or emotionally unstable caregivers. - Attachment Wounds & Relationship Trauma
Insecure attachment, difficulty trusting, feeling unlovable or “too much,” fear of abandonment. - Neurodivergence & Trauma
ADHD, sensory sensitivity, late diagnosis, masking, chronic overwhelm, and the exhaustion of living in a world not designed for your nervous system. - Grief, Loss & Life Transitions
Death, separation, divorce, medical crises, career shifts, or identity changes. - Members of the Canadian Forces and Veterans
For over 15 years, I have supported active Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and those transitioning through medical or service release. - Addictions & Families of Addiction
Substance use, codependency, and the impact of addiction on partners, children, and loved ones. - Burnout in Helpers & Healers
Therapists, nurses, social workers, educators, first responders, and coaches who have spent so long caring for others that they have lost connection with themselves. - Spiritual & Systemic Trauma
Harmful religious messaging, spiritual confusion, moral injury, or feeling disconnected from yourself, your faith, or the meaning you once held.
Healing rarely exists in neat categories. Many clients identify with more than one of these experiences.

Psychotherapy
What Happens in Sessions?
Your first session is focused on understanding you as a whole person. Together, we explore what has brought you to therapy, clarify what feels most important, and begin creating a plan that supports your healing goals.
You are always encouraged to pause, ask questions, or slow the pace. Your voice matters. We move at a rhythm that feels safe for your nervous system because healing does not happen through pressure.
Together we may:
- Build regulation tools to support you between sessions
- Explore trauma memories, attachment wounds, and recurring patterns
- Work with protective parts, inner child experiences, and identity shifts
- Create practical changes in relationships, boundaries, and daily life
- Integrate emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of healing
Depending on your needs, sessions may include:
- Talking through areas of need and emotional processing
- Somatic and nervous system regulation practices
- Trauma processing approaches such as Brainspotting and EMDR-informed interventions
- Skills-building for coping, boundaries, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation
- Parts work, identity integration, and meaning-making
You remain in charge of the pace throughout therapy. We regularly check in on what is working and adjust as needed.

The tools behind this work.
Evidence based. soulfully applied.
Every modality within Manifestation Therapy® and Coaching is chosen with intention.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Every modality within Manifestation Therapy® is selected intentionally to support your unique nervous system, experiences, and goals.
I integrate trauma-informed clinical approaches with somatic, relational, and spiritual practices because lasting change happens when the whole person is supported.
Over the past 15+ years, I have worked across addictions, schools, youth and family services, forensic settings, Canadian Armed Forces and Veterans populations, and community mental health.
No single modality creates healing. Sustainable change occurs when nervous system regulation, emotional processing, insight, and meaning-making work together.
Clinical expertise and spiritual wisdom work as one. All ways, always.
| Clinical & Trauma | Nervous System | Integrative | Spiritual |
|---|---|---|---|
| EMDR | IFS | Neurodivergence & ADHD | Kundalini Awakening |
| Brainspotting | Nervous System Regulation | NLP | Shamanic Principles |

Healing and growth often begin in different places, but both paths honour who you are becoming.
Therapy vs Coaching
Not sure which path is right for you? We can explore this together during a consultation call.
